LitExtension Store Migration

I am located in Canada and was weary about doing business overseas. We did a custom cart migration to Shopify. Jenny and Jarvan assured me and took the time to make me feel comfortable doing business with them. They are professional and know what they are doing. Could no recommend this app highly enough. The support I received in integrating our Woocommerce and Vend products was amazing. The team worked hard to make it as seamlessly as possible and allowed for my many requests. Another thing.. They don't leave you hanging. There response time is phenomenal! I'll defiantly use them again.

I used this app to migrate our complete magento shop to shopify. I chose for a migration handled by them compleetly. There was clear communication, and the migration went smooth. After checking I didn't tell them before to migrate the pricesses including VAT so they did it excl vat as standard, but without an additional fee they corrected it.

I migrated from woocommerce. The app was easy to use. When I imported order details, I had a bunch of old orders show up in shopify as unpaid and unfulfilled, and LitExtension support was really great in helping me resolve the issue and reimport correctly. They were fast and responsive and helped me fix the issue. Saved me hours of manual work.

LitExtension was successful in helping us with a complicated Magento-Shopify data transfer. In particular, Duc Tran was extremely helpful in helping us navigate the process. This is our third migration with this company. This project was much larger that the previous ones with several moving parts that LitExtension handled seamlessly. Their level of expertise went above and beyond our expectations. Their Customer Service is highly responsive. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to migrate their store to Shopify for any project large or small.

We used LitExtension for our BigCommerce store to Shopify. I thought this would be more of a self service extension rather than a service. I talked to their customer service agents dozens of times. If I had a problem they couldn't quite help me solve, they always had an alternate and good solution. This is a service, not just a tool and I am very pleased with how much they helped up migrate over 150,000 orders!

We used this app to help with a migration to BC. Jay was very helpful and finished the job quickly. The migration was seamless and all of our data came in as we wanted. It's nice to work with this company because you are able to talk to someone directly instead of just waiting for a robot to do the migration.
