The app has been a great addition to my website. The reason for the 5 star review is truly the customer service. I have had several issues/questions that have required reaching out to customer service. They have been able to address/resolve all of the issues/questions quickly.
Very user friendly, super easy to copy profiles and apply to other listings. It offers the flexibility we need to offer personalisation of our products to our customers. Excellent value for money
Live Product Options is the best. The app is incredible for a huge variety of simple and complex personalisation options and is packed with useful features.
Their support is amazing, they are so fast to respond and have helped me with different challenges on several occasions.
They ripped me off plain and simple. They acted like they could create a simple formula, after 17 emails. They refused to figure it out after specific direction from the outset. This company is pathetic. I will be copying and pasting my reviews!
