Okas Live Search & Filter

Shopify sites can not filter collections that have large quantities of products in them and this app fully fixed that issue for us. Our customers can not filter out products based on a number of options for all of our collections- both large and small. I've wanted to make several tweaks to our site that required the help of the Live Search & Smart Filters team and each time I've reached out to them they have been quick to respond and help me make the necessary changes. Fantastic app, works great and was installed in seconds. Graham from support was outstanding, replied to my query within a few minutes and helped customise the app to suit my needs and themes in no time at all. Great price and fantastic service, would highly reccomend to anyone needing a better search for there store. This App works great and at a fraction of the price of the other "search" apps. But on top of that, there was a small hiccup in install causing a minor error, and once I brought it to the developers attention, he responded immediately via email and shut off the app while we figured out the problem, and GET THIS, at MIDNIGHT I receive an email telling me he has everything working. WTF! Dude, you stayed up until midnight working on my site. I appreciate you and your app so much, THANKYOU very much Graham!

I have been using this app for 2 weeks. Our store has more than 10,000 products and 30,000 variants . This app did much better than any of the other apps i have used in shopify ( and over the last several years I have used many search apps ) Filters are amazing and the filters even come in the normal collections . ( Does not happen in many apps) . Great customer support . I have contacted them 5 times and got replies and solutions in 1 or 2 hours . best support ever, had a problem with their app clashing with another app, granted them theme access and they fixed it in less than a day, if we need custom work done we will consider them for sure.

The app itself is super affordable and does a beautiful job with no kind of set up (at least for us, it worked automatically) there are some analytics but mostly it's a quick easy cheap attractive search and not a 200$ alternative that gives you way more than you'll probably need

I LOVE the idea of my clients and customers being able to 'search' for something in my shop and suggestions pop-up! After I installed and enabled this APP, I reached out for help because there are several ways the APP interacts with your shops' pages. I am extremely happy with this app. I was looking for something simple within my budget that filtered our products when I came across this app. I must say that it exceeded my expectation. The searching and the nice aesthetic of the product list is an awesome bonus. What I love the best is that the filtering works but the developers support customization. Whenever I need something changed they reply to my request fast and make it happen. Getting good and active customer service can be rare in apps so it's greatly appreciated. I have decided to use this app in all of my shopify stores.

We tried a couple of smart search apps and could not find one that worked well enough for us. We tried Live Search & Smart Search and it works flawlessly. It displays the right information for customers and is also lightning fast.

Also, the results display box did not work as we would have liked on Safari on mobile resulting in horizontal scrolling. This was not the fault of the app but on Safari browser on mobile zooming in. The team at Okas got it working fast and the horizontal scrolling disappeared.

The app offers fantastic value. I am sure we will be using it for years to come.

Exactly what we were looking for. Easy to install, great customer service (not often the case on the shopify app store). We got the changes we wanted to suit our store without extra and the APP's price is reasonable.
Now our store search look real good and way much attractive and easier to use than before.
I appreaciate also the easy stats that show us what is the top searches on our site.
Don't hesitate its a win !

I use this app as i highly dislike that customers have to input full, exact words on shopify as standard. I had an issue with my paid theme and this app where the search stopped working completely.
I contacted shopify and the theme dev which took a week in total! they said to contact this app, so today i contacted them and they had the issue fixed within an hour and had it working better & faster than before!

Absolutely amazing service from smart search and i would highly recommend

Update - After changing theme we ran into some issues with shopify's native search appearing under the live search one. After a quick email the devs here changed it and it's back to working great again!
