very good customer service， easy-to-use control panel, you can check all the chats from your all your shopify stores in one place, and you only need to pay for 1 time app fee, great!
App is very nice, but the prices are extremely expensive for SB, They don't honor shopify prices either!

As with any business, regardless of size, we consider multiple factors when setting our prices - development, security, maintenance, and support. Regardless, we aim to offer a high-quality product at a fair price. Although our prices are fixed, subscribing to our yearly plan can grant you a discounted rate. Wanted to point that out.

Very good app, it is good and easy to use, the customer support is very professional and timely, i recommend it to everyone!
We've used this platform for over 16 months and can't fault it. From a technical side it's always stable and the support is second to none (except ours ;) ).
Can't work out how to make the chat behave how you want? Just ask them! I have fielded several questions about how to change certain aspects to suit our business and the technical advice is always top notch, often receiving multiple different ways to solve one problem.
