Local Delivery + Pickup : SE

Sharma helped me extensively with setting up the app in my store. My theme was an outdated model that I was reluctant to part with and Sharma went above and beyond to help make the app compatible with my existing layout. For three days, he helped me edit my code and to fix existing issues I had with my site that were unrelated to their app - these additional services were greatly appreciated and I recommend their service and program.

The support offered by the team has been incredible. They have been super responsive and helped me solve each problem I have been facing with the program -- they have even offered to develop a new addition in order to help solve a problem that doesn't directly relate to their services. 5/5 stars!

The customer service is no joke!

This is my 3rd delivery app (due to the others not being compatible, too difficult to understand or lack of help) Local Delivery + Pickup was neither of these.

First it was fairly easy to plugin to my website, however when I did come across an issue the customer service team responded in a timely manner + hopped on a Google Meet call to walk me through it. Turns out it was a very simply solution but they took the time time to make sure I was confident with the platform. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had to switch my delivery app at the last minute before go-live and this team has been amazing. Communication was clear which I appreciate. They try their very best despite timezone difference and hoped on quick calls. Prompt changes to app features were also made to accomodate my business. Thank you to the team!

An excellently created app. Our company is so fortunate to have found an app that is user-friendly and meets our needs, and also has a development team who are phenomenal at customer service. They are patient, hardworking, friendly and put in a lot of effort for all their users.
We have had a few meetings and stayed in touch on chat to make sure our business settled in properly. They go above and beyond and even meet with us when it is late at night (in their timezone). We are very excited to continue using this app!

Awesome experience, helped set up my local delivery without any confusion. They were able to answer any of my questions with my shopify and the app. We spent an hour just to make sure everything worked properly and even fixed a few details in my store which really helped customer experience. Was able to test the local delivery feature to ensure it worked with the phone and computer integration. Highly recommend if you are looking for a delivery app, and if you have ever done delivery this app is gold with the features it has.

Jour et nuit toute la semaine la team, spécialement Ehsan, se montre compréhensif et fait tout de son possible pour m’aider à mettre en place l’application tout en répondant à mes besoins et mes attentes. J’étais au départ, septique pour l’application mais ayant eu l’aide des développeurs qui ont su écouter et résoudre tous les demandes, tous les problèmes j’en ressors aujourd’hui satisfaite et également reconnaissante pour le temps et l’investissement que toute la team, developper et Ehsan m’a accordée. Concernant l’application, c’est une bonne application si vous avez besoin de proposer des retraits et des livraisons à des jours et heures spécifiques, l’application saura répondre parfaitement à vos besoins.
