great app and support, really happy with it
I am satisfied with the Locales.ai platform; it offers excellent features and stability, greatly streamlining our localization process.
However, I urge management to review the cost of machine translation credits. Currently, the price is too expensive for high-volume use. Lowering this cost would make the service more accessible, which would, in turn, encourage me to scale my usage and strengthen my commitment to Locales.ai.

Excellent Tool for Managing Translations Efficiently
Locales.AI has been a fantastic find for our team. The interface is incredibly easy to use, even for those without technical backgrounds, which made onboarding quick and seamless.

I genuinely like Locales.AI as an app, but the customer service leaves room for improvement. When problems are simple, support is helpful and responsive. However, for more complex issues, they tend to go silent and rarely provide proactive updates, such as notifying users when certain features are temporarily down.
Overall, the app itself is excellent, but the support experience could be much better. As the saying goes, there’s no such thing as a free lunch.

If I could give 100 stars, I would!
The first issue I had was resolved in just 15 minutes. The second was more complex due to my third-party theme, but despite the challenge, the team went above and beyond. Even though i locked out of the chat, they texted me with ideas on how to resolve the issue, and once i was back online, they were ready to take up where we left within seconds.
I was honestly surprised they managed to fix it - so quickly and nicely ! - especially since Shopify and other translation apps couldn’t help.
I can't wait to launch in new countries!

Selina literally spent all day with me, im not joking.. ALL-DAY !!! Helping me figure this app out (im a bit of an idiot lol ) she was soooo patient, she explained and walked me through everything... start to finish.... even helped translate my custom cart slider app!!!!!
Honestly, im about to translate to other languages and feel much more confident doing it alone now !!
