Excellent support and a team that listens
We had a very specific membership requirement for our Shopify store: products and prices needed to remain publicly visible, while purchasing selected products was restricted to tagged members.
Sophia and the LockPro team took the time to understand our customer journey and custom-built a Members-only Purchase feature that now does exactly what we needed. Customers can browse normally, are prompted to sign in or join only when they try to purchase, and can be returned to the product they were viewing.
The support throughout has been responsive, patient and genuinely solution-focused. It's great to work with an app team that listens to merchant feedback and develops practical solutions around real store requirements.

Great support. Got timely answers and help with getting locks and and redirects setup. This program accomplishes locking entire collections to authorized users only. With out this program a separate Shopify site would be required. Well worth the low annual price.

The app makes it very easy to set-up a lock for a collection and the customer support was very fast and very helpful!
UPDATE: 2 weeks after setting up my lock, the lock was changed to apply to my whole store, it then was automatically disabled (without any notification). I attempted to fix this and as soon as I open the lock to edit I am given a message saying "upgrade to access these features". Total scam. DO NOT GET THIS APP.
