Prince, solved my issue very quickly ... I couldn't manage to put the subscription online and he showed me how with a personalised Loom video which he literally recorded with my store for me special. Great service!
Devak and his team at Loop were so patient and helpful with our migration process. I was worried about how all our subscriptions would be transferred over to them, but they handled everything perfectly and I am so excited to be using Loop. Their portal is extremely user-friendly, easy to manage, and very clear. Himself and his team responded to me within the hour every time I had questions or needed assistance. 10/10 recommend using Loop Subscriptions. Devak went above and beyond helping me and implementing new features on my store without hesitation.
Loop team is always quick to help us with issues and Saurav has been great at jumping on quick calls with our tech team to resolve issues. Karan, our newest account manager, has also helped us reduce churn rate by providing specific ideas he sees working for other merchants as well.
