Best hassle free subscription app so far. We were on recharge for quite some time and switched to Loop. It is so much more user friendly and easy to manage. Analytics are great and packed with features we need. We can't wait to see what more features are added. Great onboarding process and awesome team that will support you very quickly. Migrated from Bold to Loop. The team made the migration as seamless as possible, even working to recode my website with my web designer after the previous app's code was causing some trouble with the migration.
The functionality of Loop is epic - already made massive changes to the customer experience which is increasing AOV and LTV. (only been live for a month so it will be exciting to see how this progresses as I customise things further.)
The team has been so attentive and proactive in helping me improve my business, nothing like my experience with my previous app provider. To anyone who is growing a subscription-based ecom business, I'd 100% recommend Loop.

fixed the issue. efficiently. didnt keep me hanging. didnt require an upgrade. was kind. and also taught me how to make the edit if i wanted to in the future should it happen again. great service. thank you loop. nobody has decent service anymore and this was just seemless.

We’ve honestly had a really great experience working with Loop for Buff Clucks. The support they’ve given us has been super helpful, especially with the projects we’re running they always find a way to make things work.
Big shoutout to Amandeep, our Customer Support Manager. He’s always quick to reply and really reliable whenever we need help. It makes a huge difference knowing someone’s there and on top of things.
