Ok so let me just start with their support team, they are THE BEST, I was working on a website at 5am EST, and I had a bit of an issue installing the app, so I emailed them and they replied so quickly. They fixed and reinstalled the app in a matter of seconds. Thank you guys!!!! I will recommend this app and add it into all the websites I work on if needed.

I'm so glad we switched to Loop from Bold subscription. Loop completely understands what it means to run a subscription service and provides it perfectly. Much better customer experience with the easy-to-understand customer portal design and it even made us possible to have a strategy that works.
