Love Loyalty Rewards Program

I have added the Love Loyalty app to my 2nd Shopify store as it is working great on my 1st one. It's creating long term customer loyalty and generating a significant source of revenue. Lots of customisation options including look and feel and translations.

Set up has been seemless with the help of Balint and the team in the background. Very responsive and helpful. The app itself seems to be better than others on the market, especially the Referral element. We are hoping for good results going forward.

La funcionalidad de referidos no funciona correctamente, algo que es fundamental para que tenga sentido. No discierne entre si el cliente es nuevo o no. No tiene sentido y nos ha penalizado bastante en la experiencia de cliente.
Por otro lado, no hay información suficiente cuando se producen cambios dentro de la app.

Although we haven't officially launched our Loyalty programme yet, the setup process has been easy to follow, it looks great, and the customer service has been fantastic. Any questions I've had have been answered quickly by real people, and they can even assist with the full setup if needed.

From our research, Love Loyalty offers a wide range of features, including tier options, at a much more affordable price than many of the larger apps. We're looking forward to launching it later this month!

I had specific requirements for a loyalty app, and I knew that once I'd chosen one, it would be difficult to change later down the line once the system is up and running. I initially ran into a little hurdle in that my old vintage theme was incompatible with app blocks, but Hannah kindly sent over their API docs to build a custom integration. With help from Claude AI, I ended up with a slick rewards program that looked and worked better than I originally imagined!

I'm thrilled with my completely native-looking rewards system and highly recommend this app, especially if you have a little coding knowledge (or an imaginary friend like Claude!)

We had issues because we migrated orders from another website which trigger this app and blocked us from using it. Customer support is great, they helped us unblock it and even refunded all the charges! They are the best because they always help you, understand your situation, and give a quick solution.

Great app! It's really easy to install and set up, works out of the box.
Also, the developer is really reliable. I'm using their Billingo integration and that's also reliable and easy to use.
