Mechanic

Finally, an App that actually works. After trying many solutions and discovering they fail silently, only do 50% of the job, or just won't work, Mechanic was a breath of fresh air. I'm so glad to have found Mechanic. The team has the right attitude, response, and a product that actually works, unlike half the other stuff out there.

This has really opened up a world of possibilities for me as a dev. Any store with an in-house developer or any Plus store that leverages flows should 100% have Mechanic on hand. They have great documentation, amazing support and a phenomenal community too. I've been working on Shopify stores for 5+ years and I've never had a better app support experience.

This is by far the best app on the shopify app store. Literally never looking back after this. Think about it as a magical automator that can do pretty much everything Shopify can't out of the box. No need to learn code, but it is entirely possible to learn by doing. So many tasks already written, it's easy to pick up stuff that works an apply it to your use case. 11/10

super powerful app that we use for various repetitive tasks to keep our backend organized, e.g. we used a preorder app before and it was a nightmare going back and forth adding/removing tags in shopify + toggling products on/off within the app itself! thanks to mechanic's flexibility in creating tasks we could cancel various other apps and safe money. highly recommended!

All to often, Shopify App Developers fall short on customer service, especially post-sale. Matt at Mechanic was absolutely amazing during my set up and helped me understand the development process. Im looking forward to using this as a back-end tool to help us manage system processes. Great work guys! Not only did you create a much needed system, you also care about your clients!

This app is amazing!
I was able to create 3 automations exactly as I wanted:
1. Send reminder emails to pending payment orders
2. Cancel orders after 4 days of not being paid
3. Send payment received to our manual payment methods after the payment has been received.

The support team on slack is fantastic. They helped me solve an issue when creating my automation.

Really worth the money.

I've been using Mechanic to push our inventory quantities to a shared Google Sheet. From there I use those numbers to calculate reorder levels and monitor all of our inventory without having to be in Shopify.

Isaac was very helpful in setting it up; I'm excited to see what else Mechanic can do for our store.

If you are looking to automate nearly anything in your store, Mechanic is your app.

All other apps suck hahaha seriously the amount of value this app provides is INSANE. SO MANY THINGS they do for your shop, so easily, without needing to do code work or managing one million apps to do those things. Mechanic does everything it feels like haha. Customer service is more helpful than any app I've tried. Literally obsessed with this app and all that it can do and the people behind it!

I don't think you could find 2 people that have a bad a word to say about Mechanic. We are in the process of launching another store and Mechanic was one of the first apps we installed. I think it's a must have for any Shopify store at any level. The possibilities are only limited by your imagination. Hands down the best app I've used on Shopify. It has drastically increased our team efficiency and has allowed us to automate time-consuming manual tasks. The customer support is also A+. The programmers worked with me to create new tasks and fix any issues that occurred. Normally, this type of support and functionality would cost an arm and a leg. But, the price is reasonable to boot. I would recommend that every store use this app. I'm so happy I found it.
