The app works perfectly and integration with the Shopify flow app is great, so we can send over booking details to our CRM. The Meety support team have been fantastic, helping me with set-up and even made tweaks to some of their Flow app variables to make them more readable etc. In particular, Peony, Macie, Brad, and Irene have all been great.
We were looking for a flexible booking app that integrates with our Shopify website. We have relatively complex bookings for a cellar door with food addons plus events. The setup process was easy and the support has been excellent. We are only at the start of our journey but I am delighted with it so far.

We needed an appointment booking app for a very unique reason, and Meety offered exactly the customization we were looking for. We tried a multitude of apps, and theirs was the best by far. The app is not as intuitive as I would want and does not sync for example emails from Meety under the customer profile in Shopify - as it is a separate app, which is a bit annoying. However, it works, it is cheap and the support team is excellent.
Hana and Brad have been so helpful! Our business requires complicated services and booking times, and they were able to help get everything working together without double or over booking. We use the business plan which has all the features we needed. Excellent, helpful staff

the only reason i am not giving 5 is due to the lack of being able to import calendar events BUT ! the support team is great the features great ,the bookings is unlimited unlike other applications , very affordable plan and is very helpful!
