merchOne: Print On Demand

First I must say, I'm not sure the comments here are real. The application has way too many issues. I can't even understand how other people managed to work with it. The mockups it creates are inconsistent and revert the color of your designs! The uploads take forever. The support is not good either. They respond quickly but for most of my requests their response has been "It works fine here". That doesn't solve my issue as a customer! There 1 open request that they're looking into at the moment and I will see how they handle it and based on that I will reconsider trying again. For now, not worth the days spent.

We are working with Picanova already for about two years, the App reliefs a lot of work for Shop owners because the print on demand functions automatically and the customer services reacts in an extrem speed. We never got dissapointed and you always have great support for any requests. The App itself is perfectly interactive and you understand the principle quickly. It gave us a lot of time back that we can now focus on Marketing and other projects for our Shop. The products always have a high quality and the print is excelent. We can highly recommend to try the Picanova App, it will help you reach a new milestone.

Overall, super happy with Merch One. It is a good plug in, and offers a great value in products.
I was searching for a POD co. That would easily add to my Shopify platform and handle the shipping at a reasonable rate. This was the best solution I found. The print quality I can happily stand behind ( and I am very picky) I have found a few issues with the mock ups and renderings, but have worked around those issues. I have communicated with Merch one on the issues, and they are working on it.
If you are looking for a good printer, with reliable quality, standard shipping rates and a good product offering. Merch One is the best out there!

Ich verkaufe Premiumdecken und normale Fleecedecken über Picanova und meine Kunden LIEBEN die. Speziell die Premiumdecken funktionieren mit meinen Designvorlagen richtig gut. Der Versand innerhalb Deutschlands geht immer super schnell, und es gab bei bisher über 100 Decken nicht eine einzige Reklamation. Komischerweise ist sogar ohne Werbung die Premiumdecke eines meiner best selling products. Ganz am Anfang, als ich den Shop noch gar nicht eröffnet hatte, gab es einen tollen Kundensupport von Christoph. Er stand auch danach für offene Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Bei technischen Fragen hilft das entsprechende Team von Picanova individuell weiter. Die Integration der App in Shopify ist leider auch etwas weniger Barrierefrei, wie bei anderen. Die technische Umsetzung für Anfänger wie mich ist manchmal nicht so leicht und bequem wie bei anderen Lieferanten, aber ich nehme denen ab, dass sie an den offenen Wünschen arbeiten, und darauf kommt es mir an. Support nicht nur per Mail, sondern sehr freundlich und pragmatisch auch am Telefon. Trotz größerer technischer Herausforderungen ggü. Printful, wo ich meine anderen Produkte bestelle, bekommt Picanova von mir wegen des Kundensupports und der Qualität der Produkte von mir 5 Sterne.
