We learned that 74% of our traffic was bot traffic. After installing, it crushed the bots, and we can see only traffic from the market we are focusing on is not arriving. The step-by-step with video install is way easier than nearly any other app I've installed, that needs configuration. They are super helpful and responsive as well.

Incredible. This app is just what I needed. You can block visitors by country (and it actually blocks them), and block bots (except those you want like Google bots), you can block visitors whose IP is suss and it gives you a score for the IP so you know whether it is trustworthy. I have been using the app for a few weeks, and have had zero issues. Deleted the app I was using before to prevent fraud as it was pretty useless, this one is the bees-knees.

I've been using the MIDA Fraud & IP Blocker app for my store and it has been an excellent experience. Poor app, poor support. Was given run around by Lilian who did nothing but cause confusion. App probably did what I needed it to (just simply block front end bot visitors who created customer accounts via Klaviyo subscription and then made an abandoned cart). I have to clean up hundreds of customers, klaviyo accounts and abandoned carts every day. A simple bot blocker would suffice. But Lilian could not even provide me with the simplest set up instructions and kept going down an unnecessary tangent of bots going direct to checkout (which is not the case in my use-case). Anyway, I cannot abide such poor service so I uninstalled and will find an app to do the same where the level of service is at least help wiuth basic set up.

I was having issues with bots invading our site. I downloaded MIDA Fraud Filter & Bot Blocker and the rest is history. You need some line of defense against malicious bots and MIDA stepped up to the plate....its been hitting homeruns ever since.
