I have had my ups and downs with Minta. However, I must say that they are the most consistent social media posting app you will find on Shopify. I have tried them ALL!!

I had some trouble with this app after not using it for a long time. I contacted customer service through the chat feature. Shafta was able to help me figure out what was wrong and correct it. Minta customer support is the best. After the free trial period, I have been charged for the yearly plan without noticing But I wanted the monthly plan. I contacted the support team and they responded by email immediately and did their best to help me and connect me with Jordan Customer Care Supervisor who did everything to fulfill my needs and ensure that I have an excellent experience with Minta.
