In all fairness, I just started using the app, but holly molly their customer service is impeccable! We had a personalized call with one of their agents to set up our account, which was amazing. Their service far exceeds what we have seen with other apps.

Just got the app, had a quick training with support. Looks like a very powerful app, well though out. Have to try it out still, but it's exactly what we were looking for - taking our product weights and sizes and choosing the appropriate box sizes and calculating shipping rates.
