Casa Google Shopping Feed

We just removed the app from all of our stores because it does not work properly. I would advise you not to risk your business with this app. Our merchant accounts got suspended with Google because of these poor quality feeds. Their servers don't work properly and don't update the feeds as they should. A lot of shortcuts by this developer leading to our advertising suffering.

Sam, David, Aryan, and the team at Casaapps are the best team you could ever want to work with. 5 stars just aren't enough for this company. They have worked diligently with me to make sure my feed is perfect and hands down, this is one of the most reputable teams and proficient I've ever worked with. I highly recommend them and for anyone needing great feed apps or management, they are the absolute best.

This app is amazing - I struggled for so long with Buy on google and when I found this app, it took a day to get all my products approve and online. - Stuff is amazing and supper helpful - specially John the who is as fast as flash. Thank you guys for this amazing app and amazing work. This app makes life so much easier - considering all the google requirement - this app is amazing. Thanks again guys for wonderful job done.

Do you want your Google Merchant Center Accounts suspended? If not then don't use this app. We had this app installed on multiple websites and numerous got suspended by Google because of the poor quality feeds the developer made.

We lost thousands of dollars on this app and more in marketing dollars because the feed was so poorly made that the targeting was not correct, google was showing the ads to people who were not in the target category (developers fault).

BEWARE USING THIS APP. The feed is not good quality, they do not apply proper labels to products or category which will lead to your feed being poorly marketed by Google and Microsoft. We wasted thousands of dollars with this developer before finding out the truth. Some of our stores even got banned because of their garbage feeds.

Check their reviews. All the positive reviews are from people who used the app for only a few hours, trial users or something else which is suspicious.

I used Google Shopping feed to list my inventory levels which the default content API did not pull from shopify. It's a simple thing but if your not familiar with the process it can be very confusing and frustrating. The support I got to help set it up was the key to making this process stress free and ridiculously simple. I'd say it's what separates this app from the rest. Now my products show up in google shopping and I can take full advantage of my shopping ads on google. I highly recommend it!

Do not trust this developer. He will say anything to get your money but the feed will horrible and full or shortcuts leading to very poor performance on Google and Microsoft.

He doesn't care about your marketing performance, only wants to rush out the feed as fast as possible and make money on this platform.

Most people don't know how it works on the backend so they don't know why their marketing is not working but many times its a poor feed with missing information. This is what will happen if you use this developer / app.

STAY AWAY.

Warning to anyone who is thinking about using this app. We have 20 stores that we used with this app and after a few weeks multiple stores got banned by Google Merchant Center because the developer did not setup the feed correctly. This developer won't take responsibility or help fix the issue they created. We have lost thousands of dollars with this app.

Check "Time Spend Using App" on the positive reviews. They are only a few hours old. This is a scam. They are getting trial users to review the app to build their reviews but the product is NOT GOOD.

DON'T RISK YOUR STORE WITH THIS DEVELOPER.

Felt a bit scammed. Joined when it was free, and was suddenly asked how much do You want to pay by support. I then responded I thought it was free, and got the feeling I was being squeezed.

In the end I was given freemium, but then got a notice I had to pay after all. I asked if this was correct and wanted to find out how much i had to pay. No response. I switched multifeeds for google, which costs much less and support is impecable...

Casa is now uninstalled.

App is not working. I installed 5 days ago but when trying to make a feed it stands just building but actually never fisishes. Developer on my shopify but cannot solve it. Waste of time. He was on from yesterday and now today issue not fixed, also no information from him.
