Amazing Customer Service!
The whole application overall covers everything needed for my app. Creating such application or process will take alot of time and money, they handled everything from main features to the add on features.
I mosly liked the dashboard and the over view it provides for our vendors. I liked as well the way they handle orders and track order fulfillment and process.
This app is critical for our multivendor store and I'd recommend it to others doing the same. It helps track everything from how much we owe each seller to tax rules and discount rules and works well. The UI is separate from Shopify Admin so it takes some getting used to but so far I've figured most things out. If you ever have any issues and/or need help, support has always been pretty easy to reach and helpful. One thing that could be improved is to include dates on order references both for vendors and admin so it's easier to cross-reference things.
The Webkul support team were extremely helpful and patient with me. They took the time to guide me through the issues I was experiencing and answered my questions clearly. I really appreciated their support and would happily recommend them.
Webkul has been a great tool for us managing a market place for my business. it has almost all the features that we need to manage the partners efficiently. I really like the add on apps that can be implemented and further beneficial...The support as well is very effective and quick.
