Multifeed Google Shopping Feed

Absolutely fantastic app and excellent customer support. This app solves a major problem for us. We use Advanced Shipping Rules and our Google Merchant Centre account was suspended because Shopify could not read our shipping rules and our shipping information for Google Shopping was incorrect. It was too much work to manually enter all of the shipping information into Google Merchant Centre, but this app does it all automatically for us. In fact, we even contacted the developer to see if something was possible, and the developer added the new feature for us within 24 hours to solve a problem for us. Highly recommended

We use this app for our multilingual website cannyco.eu where we needed 6 feeds in different languages. We had a lot of enquiries as it was a complex feed setup and the support we received has been possibly the best of any app we have ever used. Helen is absolutely fantastic, she goes above and beyond the call of duty. One especially helpful and brilliant touch is that she sends you a video of any changes you need to make but taken from your own website so the guidance is 100% clear. We could not recommend this app highly enough, it makes all your Google Feed setup super easy and takes away all the complexity and confusion.

This app, and especially the support, is FANTASTIC! It is the only app I could find that allows me to make different feeds for different countries (so different shipping settings) as well as in different languages. All the other "multi-country" google feed apps only make one feed, which you can assign to multiple countries. But if they have different shipping costs and/or different languages, they don't work. You can also set the feed up to use rules based on product name, tags, etc. For example for the color, I could use a color tag. It was not very self-evident how to do this from the start, but David walked me through every single step with extreme patience and now things are looking great. I can only recommend this app!

After much research I decided to download this app & give it a try to help with my product feeds to Google, Facebook, IG & Pinterest. Given that I'm new to setting up feeds it was a little confusing at first, but their support was super helpful- they'd even send quick screenshot videos to help show me how I should do something which made things way easier! In addition, I was having a severe amount of trouble with getting approved for the free enhanced listings with Google because my products are custom and therefore do not have a GTIN associated with them. I was at the point where I was going to give up on this being a sales channel I could utilize, as Google wasn't responsive to my help requests at all. BUT, huge shout out to Taylor Ha in support, who didn't give up and worked away at it until he got it figured out! My products have been approved and showing up for a few weeks now, I can't thank him enough!

This is hands down the best feeds app on the shopify store. I’ve used all of the others including ones with thousands of 5 star reviews but this one definitely tops them all. It’s extremely powerful, allows you to set up multiple feed per country or platform (ie Google, Meta, etc) and most of all the support is extremely responsive and continuously improving the app based on feedback. Things like choosing a different image for feeds here
is very easy to do also while other apps make it very limited. The interface is advanced but if you get lost the share videos showing you how to do everything. I saw this app launch a few years ago as I needed an app for a store I was developing that needed different feeds for different countries and it’s a pleasure to see how far it’s come. Again no question this is the best feeds app in the shopify store if you are serious about advertising feeds. If you want to just have a feed and not care about optimising it then use the free apps out there with super limited functionality. Note there is also a free version of this app and the pricing is super reasonable. 5 stars, look no further!

Terrible Support. For the simplest issue, it would probably take me weeks to get started at the rate that they respond and quality of responses. It was a no-brainer with a competing product, which we are going with.
