Garnet Multivendor Marketplace

Garnet multivendor marketplace has been everything I need it to be. I've tried other apps like WebKul and ShipTurtle, and I wasn't particularly impressed. Garnet values you, is constantly coming out with new features, has great support, and is pretty straight-forward. The new pricing is great too.

If you have multi vendors, I need it away for them to sell on their own. Garnet is hands-down. The best app the app is great user-friendly always IT support is on it. They’re gonna get it figured out. They’re always making changes to best fit all the needs of our customers. I love this app.

We were a pretty early adopter of the Garnet Marketplace app. It has enabled us to expand the brands that we list and automate a lot of the work that was done manually prior to installing this app. Francois and his team were able to customize some things (extra cost) to improve the workflow for our needs.

Pricing is definitely not cheap (hence the 4 stars instead of 5) and has increased since we installed it, but there are a lot more features that are included in that higher price. I think Garnet should offer more tiers and have them based on the number of products, vendors and orders. Just my 2¢

We installed the Webkul Market Place app and it covers all the bases, however, it requires much time and experience. Along comes Garnet and everything is so much easier and better. François the developer is a good man who responds promptly when needed. I highly recommend the Garnet Marketplace app.

Garnet has been the easiest way to implement a multi-vendor marketplace into my Shopify store. Other marketplace apps like Webkul seemed so daunting to use, but with Garnet, the integration worked seamlessly with my store collections. Garnet Marketplace is a new app but Francois is constantly updating and improving features. His customer service and integration support is next level. He responds to emails quickly and works closely with you to ensure the app is meeting your specific needs. The app is much simpler to set up and easier to navigate (for both ourselves and our vendors) than other marketplace apps we had trialled. Highly recommend!

We tried several multi-vendor apps (Webkul etc) before finding Garnet. Most of the multivendor apps are so difficult for sellers to set up their accounts and list their items. Garnet marketplace is very easy to use as a business owner I wanted the seller UX to be straightforward and easy - and this is what Garnet provides. Francois and Paul are both amazing and helped me set up my market place within 24 hours and have been so supportive. Their response rate to any queries is so fast and always available to jump on a call! They have been really understanding as a small business owner the challenges we are facing. I recommend Garnet without hesitation for the excellent and fast support, really lovely platform and the friendly UX!
