SellerDash: AusPost Shipping

This app is amazing and a must have for any business using Australia Post. It saves so much time and frustration and cuts out manual work! Support is also fantastic. I have a question and they got back to me almost instantly.

Love this app. very easy to use and does almost everything we need. The only issue we have is that it requires international shipping labels to be printed separately on an A4 and can't be configured to print to the Dymo4XL we use. Still hoping for this update!

I just want to thank you for creating this app. I have been through so much with Australia Post trying to set up an eParcel account just to get a Shipping automation happening but the rates are ridiculous. Fantastic app - like all other reviews, this app has saved hours of time creating post labels. No more copying and pasting, everything is done for you in the app. The hardest part getting used to using the app is it's simplicity. The Help desk is great too. Absolutely recommend this app to small businesses.

It's ok but as I run a rental store, the return shipping label still needs to be generated manually inside the MyPostBusiness interface, so the time saved isn't huge. The cost really adds up when you print over 40 labels a month, which I do well over. If you can make this app more cost effective for small businesses it would be really appreciated.

I am loving this app and am loving how much time it is saving me exporting and fulfilling my orders! It's really easy to navigate which is amazing and neatly displays all the information you need. I didn't require any support for set up as the set up information was clear and it didn't take me long to get used to at all. Overall it's been a lifesaver and I recommend it for any Australian business needing help with their Auspost orders. Thanks guys!

I saw that this app was offering a trial so I thought I would give it a try to see if it would save me time on the postage process and I am so glad I did! The live chat option that the app has is great, I had answers to all of the questions I had within minutes and Nathan was so helpful!! The postage process has been made so much easier using this app, I am now saving so much time and I no longer have to copy and paste addresses, phone numbers, emails, tracking details for each individual customer, so there is less room for errors! Thank you so much to Nathan and his team for making such a great app!!

I started using this app for daughter1's business around the start of December 2021 and within 10 minutes I was wishing I'd known about it earlier. It's a brilliant app: it seamlessly integrates Shopify with Australia Post Business so it uses the Shopify client address data to populate the address and other details on the label and once the labels are printed it fulfills the order, populates it with the tracking info and triggers the shipping confirmation email from Shopify. It runs from within Shopify, has a simple and intuitive interface and has lots of default settings that really simplify label printing. It allows you to edit the address and parcel size and weight and it even does some verification of the address e.g. suburb/postcode etc. I've been using it for four months and found it to be totally bug free. Support via online chat is excellent. Daughter2 has started using it for her business and she's of the same opinion, it's saving her shipping person heaps of time. If you use Shopify to ship stuff you should be using this app.

Just started to use this app and so far it's does what it claims. It's saved me time from cutting and pasting into AP website and also saved me cutting the reference number back into Shopify. Very pleased with this so far. Little thing. I love how it let's you know that address does not match AP post codes and you can rectify as many people seem to have "post code envy". Once thing I would love for it to have is the ability to take off the customer phone number from the label (privacy reasons only as some customers may get cranky). I know I can manually do this but would love an option to put than in the setting somewhere so it did it automatically. Overall, very pleased with the APP. Not sure how the pricing will go so will find out in a month :) Update: Wow: the new update app is amazing team...at first it was a bit scary and thought I would not like it but wow, the features and customisation included is freaking incredible. Taking out the step to log into Australia post...amazing!!! Maybe you had that function in the old app but I just discovered it :) Love the customisation of the screes too, able to give the team only what they need to fulfil their orders and plus you have taken one big step out of the equation by integrating the payments +++++
