Firstly, the support, onboarding and promptness of the customer service, customer success team has been amazing. It was seamless to make the transition to Nector and one of the main reasons to make the transition was its integrations
The ability to create a separate landing page for loyalty, to a separate landing page for your rewards while incorporating automations to collect reviews was a much needed feature. The dashboard is beautiful, insightful, and allows me to really understand what my customer behaviour is in many ways.
All in all, I'm a huge supporter of Nector because yes the product is wonderful, but above that, the team has been one of the best I've worked with till date!
