Nibble – AI Negotiation

We love Nibble. We use it to negotiate with customers after hours and it has been a steady app since we implemmented it, around 2 years ago. 14% of the Nibble chats result in a purchase! It's super easy to install and their customer service is superb. They help to implemment or to modify if neccessary.

A really fun little app and a great way to increase conversion and user engagement. Really easy to use, customers love it, and their team are super-responsive when it comes to sharing our feedback. It genuinely feels like us as store-owners are part of the development and growth of the app, which to me is really refreshing. Plus it's really fun to read the chat transcripts back!!
