The team especially Kaylee and the developers she work along side with have provided outstanding support, far better than what I’ve experienced with many other apps. They’ve impressed me with their willingness to customise features to suit our needs, including hiding prices, adjusting text, and modifying buttons. I also appreciated that many features could be controlled and edited on our end without always needing to reach out to support unlike other apps where even the smallest changes require contacting the team.
The only reason we’re no longer using Synctrack is due to changes in our internal return and exchange processes, it has nothing to do with the app itself. I highly recommend Synctrack to any business looking for a reliable and flexible returns portal.

Best returns and exchanges app I've found!.. and I've tried several. Easy to use platform that has ton's of options to control your return process and workflow however you want - including complex workflows where you can allow exchanges for certain items and/or return reasons and not allow exchanges for other items and/or return reasons.. or only allow refunds for certain items, etc.
Although the app is great, what makes it the BEST is their customer service and development team. When I asked them if their app could do something that it couldn't do, they didn't just dismiss me and say "no, our app can't do that... tough luck", like other return apps said to me. Instead, they said "that's a good idea! Our app currently doesn't have that capability, but we'll get our development team on it!". Then, about a month later, they released a massive update that does everything I asked for with a simple and intuitive interface.
If you want a great return and exchanges app with a stellar customer service and development team that cares about your needs and works to make the app function exactly as you need it to, THIS IS YOUR APP!

App works really well with Shopify, its really easy to install and navigate. The only flaw, and the reason we moved away from the App for our returns, is that we could not as a UK company link it to any couriers, even though we were told that we could. If this changes, we will be back using the App in no time, as the features are great.

Easy to use and install, and has helped us streamline our returns process. We ran into a few issues with the app, but support has been very quick to respond and helpful in resolving the issues. Would recommend!

Easy to set up and customise for our needs. The summary page wasn't quite right for us - so I contacted Synctrack via the live chat - they responded instantly and talked through what I need, made some changes and now it's perfect for us! Highly recommend!

Great app, helps manage returns/exchanges easily. Still needs few features, but dev team is working to add them on daily basis. So super happy!

This app is really good and easy to use. Only downside is that you do not receive email notifications when return requests are submitted although their team says they're working on it.

Anna from Omega has been an incredible support throughout our onboarding process onto this app. Initially, we encountered a few bugs, but thanks to Anna's dedicated assistance and close collaboration, all the issues were swiftly resolved, resulting in a significantly more stable app.
The app already boasts essential features for managing returns, which is commendable for a returns center. However, there is still room for improvement, especially in terms of enabling refunds directly from the app. Additionally, enhancing the app's capabilities to handle return resolutions based on different payment methods, such as Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments, would be a valuable addition.
In summary, the experience with the app has been positive overall, thanks to Anna's and Wendy's excellent guidance. With some additional refinements and updates to address the aforementioned areas, this app has the potential to become an even more powerful and indispensable tool for managing returns seamlessly.
