We were looking for a landing page hence we installed this application. we managed to make a beautiful page in a very easy step.
Later, we noticed that if we change the background colour of the landing page, it will affect the whole website and change the colours of all pages. We contacted the support via the online chat and the issue was resolved in less than 30 minutes. I could not believe that this issue can be resolved and i thought it is a standard setup. But the support team asked me to wait for 30 minutes to 1 hour to solve the issue, and within less than 30 minutes it was resolved and the sent me a video on how to do it.
Excellent app, excellent service, and excellent support team.

Very limited settings. Can't add "close window" as an action for a button. Limited options for the trigger. Limited options for how often the window will appear. Adds code to site that requires collaborator access to remove. Patronizing tech support.

For customers that need support in high level, we have the development team behind customer service always willing to help. It has been proven through customer’s sharing.
Our support team is available 24/7 to help you out. We sent you the collaboration request to support to ensure the best support, in a way that seems to make you unsatisfied.
Once again, we always feel sorry for any unhappiness that customers go through and always be there to support!

Have tested this App and the interface is a clean design, the functionality is done well - user-friendly, and tech support is really good. It really helps having this App to custom design pages or sections as Shopify CMS is so limited. Can also use custom code as well if the system doesn't quite meet complex design requirements! They are also better priced than most other alternative Apps.
It was extremely patient in answering my questions and assisted me with the fine-tuning of my website. I will continue to use it.
