OpenFiskal TSE & RKSV for POS

Highly recommend this app for German offline stores who use POS. The default shopify TSE app is not really adhering to German laws. So openfiscal is the best app for this and Ferry has been always reachable and super helpful as well

We can highly recommend the OpenFiskal app.
It makes compliance with DE / AT regulations extremely simple.
Also, the team is "all-in" to help their clients: super fast response, proactive communication, immediate fixes to any issues that might appear.

Einfach super und empfehlenswert!
Habe jetzt sehr lange nach einem passenden RKSV für mich gesucht und bin mit OpenFiskal mega happy! Super netter, schneller und hilfsbereiter Support durch die Gründer selbst. Ferry war sogar so nett und hat sich auch die Zeit für einen Videocall während der Weihnachtsfeiertage genommen um mich durch die App zu führen und mir alles zu erklären - herzliches Danke dafür nochmals!
Die App selber ist einfach zu installieren und im Vergleich zu allen anderen Optionen absolut preiswert und kostengünstig. Nütze sie nun seit einem Monat und bin absolut zufrieden.
Ich kann jedem der nach einer einfachen Lösung für die RKSV in Österreich sucht OpenFiskal nur ans Herz legen. :)

Ferry knew exactly how to correct my problem and directed me through videos and screen shots. I thought I would be on support for an hour, but we got it solved in about 10 minutes. It is extremely refreshing to have a real person with competence. I absolutely hate that Shopify is all bots. They waste my time and make me angry.. it's always a vicious circle. Thank you so much for not selling out to AI bots. Real good people are what make this world great and Ferry is one of them!
