Orbe Geolocation

We have 4 stores serving markets in the UK, USA/Canada, EU and Australia/NZ. We could see from our analytics and Google search results that customers were finding their way onto the wrong store for their territory and were abandoning their cart because the store they were on did not ship to them. We have a complex set up as one site (EU) is multilingual and after much research of alternatives, settled on the Orbe Plus plan.

The app is easy to set up, functions perfectly, is customisable and has fixed our geolocation issues. But where they really stand out is the top notch level of customer service and attention. Luis and Roberto really know their stuff, are 100% attentive and responsive and willing to go that extra mile, including on matters not directly related to Orbe’s remit.

Definitely the best Shopify Geolocation app. We highly recommend this app. Its Klaviyo integration helps to improve customer segmentation. The app embed block inside the theme editor includes several customisation options, which makes it easy to match the app widget with our store branding. The option to blur out pricing unless the customer selects the shipping destination is a crucial feature for us since we have set different prices for certain products based on their country. This feature should prevent customer tickets regarding different prices for the same product on our store.

Our company loves this app, and the service it priovides! We really needed an application to combine two stores, have custom messaging, and Geo-IP functionality. We've had measured improvements - less confused customers for our customer service team, increased traffic to the proper regions, increased international sales - we are so satisfied. Also, Orbe's customer service is top notch. They are super quick at answering questions, even during the super busy black friday period. Very thoughtful - they pproactively followed up with development team after a service request was finished. We can't recommend this company enough!

We selected Orbe app because it is a cost-effective solution for user redirects and geolocation on multi-instance stores. It saved us time and money since there was no need to develop a custom solution. We also found the ability to apply custom CSS to country-selector useful, which allowed us to maintain our overall brand identity. Shout out to Luis Vicente for excellent support and prompt replies! We finally got Orbe working perfectly for us. It took a little bit longer than expected due to our somewhat unique requirements, as the app isn't fully suited to our needs. But Luis and his team helped us out very quickly and walked us through setup while helping us with some workarounds. Would definitely recommend!

We've been using Orbe for some time now and highly rate the solution. Not only is the product very strong but their customer service is another level. We had some Google Analytics queries to understand how it will work with the product & Roberto the cofounder was back in touch within the hour - offering a huge amount of knowledge & solving our request. Great app - works very well. The customer service for this app is however outstanding. Luis went above and beyond with helpful videos on issues I had which weren't even strictly related to the app! (Markets/ Languages section). Thank you again, Luis.

Edit for April 2024: I just wanted to add some additional praise for Roberto as, following an unrelated theme update, I messed up some general settings to do with Markets, and he took the time over a weekend to resolve the coding for me - despite it being unconnected to the Geolocation app. Truly outstanding customer service, yet again!

Very handy app with great customer service. I had a problem that was outside of the scope of the app, so they created a function for me for no additional cost.

Orbe works perfectly for our store! It was easy to integrate, and I believe it offers great value for money. The customer support is amazing and extremely fast, they don't use scripted replies, but truly care about solving your issues.
