he contactado con el servicio y no me quieren devolver el dinero. Me parece bastante mal que no quieran devolver el dinero, sobretodo sabiendo que jamás usé sus servicios.

➝ Please note that our charges are not based on the size of your business, but rather on the number of days the app was actively installed on your store. According to our records, the app was installed for a total of 17 days, including a 14-day free trial. As such, you were billed for the remaining days after the trial period.
➝ Additionally, we noticed that the app was reinstalled for two days, from October 4th to 5th, which we interpret as an indication that you intended to continue using the app during that time.
➝ In accordance with our policy, we are unable to issue a refund for the charges incurred.

We're using this app in order to be able to offer local delivery only to certain postal code areas. We were researching for a while trying different options to enable this, and this app was the answer.
Had one issue with an error when trying to enter some text in the settings in this app. I clicked the "Contact Support" button and got help in the chat immediately. Very happy with this app and their support.

This app has helped us organize our scheduling and delivery operations much more efficiently. Moving from individual product calendars to the general calendar has been a game changer, especially because we can now filter orders easily during special campaigns like Mother’s Day or Valentine’s Day.
The bulk editing feature has also saved us a lot of time — what used to be manual is now much faster and more accurate. On top of that, the support team is always responsive and helpful, which makes a big difference.
