Merchants describe this as a reliable, highly configurable backbone for multi-location and dropshipping operations. It automates sending orders to suppliers, 3PLs, and other Shopify stores, with powerful routing rules for complex multi-warehouse setups and accurate inventory syncing. Many use it to run dropshipping networks with vendor portals and notifications. Support is frequently praised as fast, patient, and proactive. Some note it’s pricy but strong value.
