Absolutely no communication from support. Have messaged repeatedly. Set up the printer as instructed and it has not worked once.

the online orders aren't printing for over 2 weeks now. I have reached out multiple times and I get no response. I only got a response once last Monday essentially saying "we fixed it, try again and let us know if it works" which didnt solve anything. After that I keep emailing back and I get nothing. This is a service that has been charging me btw and not only its not doing the one thing its supposed to do, but also I get zero customer support.
