This app does what it says straight out of the box! Can't believe it's free. The team there made the form inline on the product page beautifully applying our themes settings to the design. Can't rate them highly enough!

This is a great free app and it comes with good support. It does what all the paid back in stock apps do. I think the only thing it is missing is that it doesn't integrate with a mail program once it captures the email.
