App has been live less than an hour and already we have people signed up to alerts. I had a slight issue installing the app (my fault, nothing do with the integration) and the team responded within the hour, problem fixed and we went live! Incredible customer service.

I needed help adding the inline button for "notify me when back in stock" on my product page and they were able to help me within the same day. They have amazing customer service and I would recommend this app to anyone in need of the notify when back in stock button!

Unable to set up properly and support response is automated and follow up does not happen within the 24 hours told to expect, making it difficult to complete in one session. Do not recommend if you are short on time, and need to get the app integrated and setup quickly.

I cant believe this app is free! It does the job and is very simple to use and customise. There's no point going for any of the other subcription apps when this does an amazing job! Thier customer service is also amazing and help you sort out your problems straight away.
I'm very happy with this app and the level of customization I get. I reached out to the team for help with integrating a certain feature and they were incredibly fast and helpful! I'm definitely going to continue using this app and I'm considering upgrading in the future.

Having alerts for back in stock products, and the accurate info on what items are in demand is going to be invaluable in restocking orders and future product ideas. Being able to email customers is a cherry on top. And their support staff are super-fast and helpful. Recommended.

Great product that does exactly what it sets out to do without over complicating things. The support was also excellent, Andy helped us add the low stock bar to our website and refine the positioning. This is a fab App and definitely improves our website experience for customers!

The app works fantastic, with no bumps! We even upgraded our theme and I was having trouble reinstalling it myself, but within 30 minutes, they had reinstalled it and put it exactly where we wanted it on the product page! We'll never use any other app for out of stock reminders!
Great team. Quick response. Now I have this on both of my Shopify stores.
Let's people know an item is out of stock so they can put it on pre-order. I also have some items that I don't allow backorders on, but customers can sign up for notifications when they're back in stock.

Didn't have the app for more then 5 minutes before I fell in love with it! I needed a small assistance with the button location and sent a request. Within 5 minutes I had a reply and the issue resolved. Fastest customer service ever. Love this app and the people behind it already!
