Overall ok product. Images, GIFs are good. Captions are good. Video wise has more room for improvement. instead of adding ust raw images , need some stock images related to product or movie videos. Just Raw images looks monotonous. For the cost may be Linkedin should be integrated. Looking for more features.

Crap service. says media templates outdated and no one knows which all outdated. Customer service needs 15 hrs to find out. what a crap and such hefty charges. Stay away from this crapy app.
I've been using Outfy for several years now, they continue to impress me with increasing posting methods, increasing types of social media, you can have multiple sales channels/stores in one place. Huge time saver, easy to use, is extremely consistent. Great customer service and I feel that you can't beat the price for what you get.

The app is useful but they are also quite annoying with the spam and continued harassment to renew and upgrade. If you can tolerate that and the spam it is a useful app.
Everything is good. They have proved to be one of the best in Social Media Post automation.
Some of the music in the videos is not compliant with Meta Policies which made some of our posts hidden from public.
Stopped responding when it came up for renewal. The only benefit woudl of been to have the AI hastags as the hashtags were previously generic and not engaging. All would be "going soon" "low stock" etc. Not very engaging. And now the AI tag feature is only going to be available until the END OF JAN 24 unless i upgrade to a plan twice the cost. This app really doesnt do anything that sets it apart from others....Posting to social media hasnt increased sales. If anything most of the posts it did were read of engaged with. Dont waste your money with this.
Updated review - When I first started using OUTFY it covered all the socials for what was a minimal fee. Now however it has got expensive and for posting automatically on X the cheapest is now $70 a month. I am now actively looking for another social media posting app.

What a fantastic app.
I have signed up for this service after using the free posts for some time. Outify is able to do what I no longer am able to do on my own, with more variety of media types, more social channels than any other service and uses my shopify cataloge automatically. This is huge. I really enjoy this app. This app has saved me a lot of time and kept me from experiencing creators block lol. Outfy is a time saving app and helps with the creativity for your products on social media and is a very good price, especially if you are just starting your business. You set the time and day when you want your products to be posted and Outfy does the rest. I recommend this app.
