Fast Response with any issue i have. Been using this app for about 3-4 years and recommend it to everyone. great for building custom landing pages. Very beginner friendly, drag and drop.

Ayla was extremely patient and helpful... I had practically given up. Second, there are aspects that could be better. Like making it easier to fit/size pics/wording in the banners, and then viewing it before publishing. For example, when putting a banner up and wording to go on or under it, it would be great to be able to see how that would look on the PC, phone, tablet, etc., before posting it, and then having an easier way to remedy a problem like - the wording not fitting on the screen/going off-screen when you pull it up and see it online.

I only use it to update our Hero image section and I really have no clue what I'm doing, but can get close. The support team is always responsive (any time of day or night) and is able to help over chat or through collaborator access. Lucian just saved the day, but all are so helpful and quick!

This is a robust page builder with lots of features and customizations available. It’s very helpful to be able to use the sections in new Theme 2.0 sites and have the freedom to design pages. On top of that, the support is very responsive, and Boo just solved my issue over chat in just a few minutes. Keep up the great work!

We've been using it for almost a year and while it can make beautiful sales pages on it, it's actually been impossible to work with it lately as the editor crashes every couple of minutes. When I reached out to support they said that my page is close to the size limit (not over it). So I guess if you're building a longer/ more complex page they are not the app for it...

During the past few months of using PageFly, I encountered some issues and sought help from support team. The support team was very patient and nice, answering and resolving all my questions. I'm very grateful for their assistance. Additionally, this product is very user-friendly and convenient, allowing me to create many pages at a relatively low cost.

I commend their service and assistance. I was not able to find the solution to minimize the slow-loading page, but they were on hand to help me out, and it's working properly now. Kudos to their team, especially to Abed for his efficient response. It's a good thing I contacted them, as it required some tweaks using HTML console coding (I don't know what that is called). The customer service of PageFly is excellent. They are available anytime without any wait times. I had some issues with my pagefly page while viewing on mobile and the support team fixed it once I gave them access to my page. PageFly has several templates to customize which aren't available in shopify themes and are easy to customize along with the current shopify theme you are using.
