PayWhirl Subscriptions

I am so excited to use this app and the customer service is fantastic! Most of the automatic snippet installs worked with my theme, but two didn't (due to my theme not the app), so I contacted customer service, heard from them in less than 12 hours and they had it fixed for me for free within a short time.

The app was fairly easy to install. While, I'm still in the process of gathering subscriptions from clients, and can't yet say how the app is working in realtime, I do give the customer service 5 stars. Ryan was very helpful and answered by questions in a timely manner and I look forward to trying this app out.

We started Using PayWhirl to offer subscription orders to our customers. We noticed that there were some features that were not available and we raised them with customer support, who dealt with them very efficiently. The timing of this app was absolutely perfect. Upon seeing the promos, I immediately looked into it and added it to a product in my store. The details were pretty clear on set-up, but needed some guidance. I just installed the app; the setup experience was great, as simple as it is. I needed some support to install some snippet code; my template is one of the new ones. Prompt professional and took care of everything. I love the way it navigates and has already received some positive feedback from my customers. Nice to get a prompt response and results, great it integrates with the Shopify payment gate.

we needed a subscription app for our website. i've tried a few others and either they are way too expensive, or too complicated to set up and manage. this app is priced well, and i can change the plan as we grow. it was also easy for me to set up and modify. i've had a few things i couldn't figure out and tech support has responded to me quickly and addresses my concern/request. overall very happy with performance of this app.

PayWhirl made this process easy! They seemed to understand that there were a lot of people who were new to e-commerce, so they give you easy options for support calls. I spoke with Lincoln, and he was patient as he followed along on his test page so he could see what I was seeing. He made every step easy and even helped me calculate which plan was best for my business (which was NOT the highest-cost version!). Painless! Highly recommended.

Great, straightforward app for product subscriptions. I have a custom theme that made the app tricky to install but within minutes of contacting support the app was fully up and running. I've come back to add to this review as I need to highlight how great the support team are, Sergey in particular has gone above and beyond for us to get things exactly how we want them, really happy with everything! The app is always receiving updated features too which is great.

Simple to use app that has helped keep my customers returning. Customers find updating their subscription easy and PayWhirl have even designed a cancellation flow (which most organisation try pretend don't exist!). My customers love the consistency in their orders, the flexibility available in their plans, and of course the ability to save money. PayWhirl support has been incredibly helpful when needed and are very responsive. Fantastic app. Paid for itself many times over.
