I've been using Pandora for their products, e-gifts, and audio guides, and the experience has been great. Recently I ran into an issue and reached out to their customer support, where I was helped by Praveen. He was fast, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to sort out my problem. It's rare to get customer service this responsive and helpful these days. Praveen made the whole process easy and stress-free, and I really appreciated how quickly everything was resolved. Highly recommend the app, and a big thank you to Praveen for the excellent support!
This app solves a real problem that shopify has been lacking for a while now. We were in search of how to sell digital products as variants with different prices so customers could order their preferences, and this app solves the puzzle positively, despite being free. Not just that, the support are very much more active than a paid app. Am glad they saved me the stress. Special thanks to Najmus, who answered all my questions with expertise and in patience.
