Aditya was great

I had a great experience with Digital Downloads PDF Pendora. I uploaded my first digital archive and asked their team to verify that everything was set up correctly before I started selling. They were extremely helpful and responsive.
The support representative, Vijaya, was especially thorough and stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process. She carefully checked everything and even sent screenshots showing how the files were delivered after a test purchase, which gave me a lot of confidence that my customers will receive their downloads without any issues.

Excellent customer service and a smooth experience overall. I definitely recommend this app to anyone selling digital products on Shopify.
