Merchants describe this as an easy, no‑code form builder with drag‑and‑drop setup and flexible templates for simple to complex forms. They highlight strong customization, conditional logic, custom JS/CSS, and use it for wholesale, custom orders, pre‑orders, returns, and lead capture. Many say it works reliably, integrates well with Shopify, offers useful analytics, and that support is fast, proactive, and great at implementing tailored solutions.

So far this app is working just as needed. It's customizable and we really like that. Missing 1 star due to the fact that you have to pay to print submissions.

All the best:)
The app is excellent for custom products and offers the flexibility to add items without listing them on Shopify. The support team is highly responsive and quick to implement any requested changes to fit our needs. While the custom section currently includes only basic design elements, there’s room for improvement with more design customization options. Overall, it’s a great app with solid functionality and outstanding support.

The app is easy to use and set up. The fonts available were a little limiting, but we made it work and it adds a nice touch to the page.

I'm using this to build a custom project contact form, so far so good! However there doesn't seem to be a way to change the look of the social media icons.
