They continued to charge me money after deleting the app, they do not respond to my emails, and their feedback form on their website does not work. They also tried to hide the cancellation of the subscription as best they could, this is a real scam. I demand a refund for 3 months, you can write to me by email to clarify the circumstances y2kapparel.com@gmail.com
We can see that you cancelled your subscription on the 8th of December. You have not been charged since cancelling.
Nevertheless we have refunded you your last payment in goodwill.
Cancelation instructions are quite clear in our documentation too.
Kind regards,

Pingenerator has made the process of uploading my products to Pinterest in bulk super easy.
Their customer service is excellent - if you have an issue they get back to you within a day.
I'm pretty happy with the basic functions that it has. It allows me to easily generate basic pins from the items from my store.
Pin Generator is a Fantastic tool for Pinterest. Easy to use, extremely functional and a huge time saver! I highly recommend it to anyone managing a Pinterest acct.
Easy to use, I love it, have been using for about a year
Thanks for the review! Much appreciated.
Kind regards,

It’s incredibly easy to use, especially with Shopify integration. Saves hours generating pins. Easy to use and the customer service is great.
Highly recommend
The templating tool, once you have it tuned up for your needs, is a huge time saver.
But the massive unlock is taking a set of successful pins or products and setting the tool to auto generate and post the pins, with slightly AI rewritten titles and descriptions if you want based on kw's. So your not just creating and scheduling like Tailwind, your moving to auto pilot.
I did this for less than the cost of my Pinterest VA in a single month!
Thanks for the awesome review. :-)
Glad you are finding it so useful!
Kind regards,
Ollie
The AI AutoPin function can create different photos, titles and descriptions for the same pin design if that one goes viral. We also use the automatic AI function to rewrite description to get ideas apart from using them for Pins.
This is a great app if you are a pinterest user. It allows me to make a full month of pins quickly and they are all fresh. I can't wait to see some of the new features upcoming as they will only help my webpage get customers. Customer service is first rate as well.
I really loved Pingenerator before the app was developed and now thanks to the Shopify app I can schedule pins in no time directly from my shop!
The best app! Thank you so much!
