Easy to install and setup. I had a small glitch that was just my interpretation of a setting, but support sorted it out very quickly. I have my ads up and running in openAI ads manager and this is all linked correctly and working.
Within 1/2 hour of correctly setting up I'm already seeing traffic from my ad showing up in the app. I highly recommend this app

We run a large multi-brand Shopify store and needed reliable server-side tracking for OpenAI Ads. Reach was straightforward to set up — Pixel ID, Conversions API key, and Advertiser API key all connected in a few minutes, with clear status indicators confirming everything was live.
We also had a call with the founder shortly after installing, who walked us through the setup and answered our questions directly

Great app and does exactly what we were looking for. We had a question about the setup which was answered quickly and thoroughly by the developer.
I suggest getting their other app as well to sync products to OpenAI/ChatGPT.

Unfortunately, the app keeps hanging from time to time because the server is down or something is wrong. That's a bit too risky for my taste when dealing with tracking data.
Thanks for the feedback. Reliable tracking matters, and I’m sorry the app’s loading problems gave you reason to question it. The loading issue was fixed on 18 September, and I’ve also checked your store’s delivery records and emailed you directly with what OpenAI accepted and the exceptions, so you have a clear picture of what happened.
