Merchants describe this as an easy-to-use tool for finding and fixing SEO, speed, and structured data issues, with clear step-by-step guidance and videos. Many report higher rankings, more traffic, and faster sites, saying it saves significant time versus manual work or agencies. The free version is useful, while paid services and Quick Start packages are seen as worth it, with fast, hands-on support and ongoing SEO health checks.

After over two years of use, customer support became increasingly unwilling to help with the problem and eventually uninstalled
Thank you for your feedback, Henry!
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and that our staff didn’t meet the level of service we strive for.
But sometimes we needed more clarity on the issue and what you're trying to do and what isn't working. Some screenshots would be useful too.
With that, we should be able to advise.
These situations don’t happen too often, but when they do, it’s frustrating for everyone involved.
You may contact our Product Manager at help@pluginuseful.com so we can discuss your concerns in more detail.
We can assure you that our goal is to always provide excellent customer service with every email inquiry.
Best,
PIU Team
Buena app para mejorar todos los aspectos que tienen que ver con el SEO de mi tienda. La uso desde hace poco pero lo que llevo hasta ahora bien.
Thanks, Jose! We appreciate your business and value your feedback. If there is anything else we can do for you, please let us know!
Divya was of great help, she took a lot of time to explain everything in detail and very understandably. Very good support, super satisfied with this app!
Thank you for your kind words, Adina!
It makes our day to hear that we were able to provide you 5-star service. We’ll make sure that Miss Divya receives your kind feedback. It will make her day!
Thank you again for choosing Plug in SEO!

Péssimo! Paga-se para ter acesso às ferramentas de forma manual e pouco intuitiva! Paguei a subscrição na expectativa que teria acesso a outras ferramentas 1 hora após estava a removê-la! $30 para o lixo!
Hi Geral,
We are sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with our app Plug in SEO.
Plug in SEO Plus and Pro plan gives you a bunch of automatic SEO improvements to your shop along with tools and enhancements so you can manage your SEO yourself going forward.
If you're looking for something more like a done-for-you service, we offer SEO fix packages where the expert will go in, fix the SEO issues, and optimize your shop.
Our SEO fix jobs and Plug in SEO Plus monthly options are completely separate and optional but very complementary to each other. A lot of customers start out with Plug in SEO and then purchase one-off fix packages if they need more help in specific areas.
Best,
PIU Team
We installed this app and paied for a 199$ optimization. After checking our website, the SEO expert informed me that I had to uninstall another SEO app that we were using. We chose to keep to not uninstall our app and not go futher with Plug in SEO. We got refund immediately.
Thanks, Elrick!
It makes our day to hear that we were able to provide you with 5-star service.
