Probably one of the only apps where I genuinely feel that a lot of love and research has gone into it, created by someone who is passionate about providing a solution that is essentially plug-and-play and just works.
I don't currently have a need for the live customisation features, but it's nice knowing they're there if I ever want to use them in the future.
The fact that it's free is a bonus, but I would genuinely have no issue paying for this app, knowing that it supports an Australian business and a developer who is passionate about continually improving their product.

This is an excellent app for custom‑product stores. It helps us optimize and build plenty of custom features. The team listens carefully to our feedback for further development. The support team responds promptly and is always ready to assist with any issues. The customizer runs steadily on our storefront. Highly recommended for merchants selling personalized items.

Shopify normally takes 6 hours or more to verify a review, so we’ve only just seen yours. We apologize for the delayed response. It was certainly not because we didn’t care.
Could you please check the product link again? The custom options and live preview should now be displaying properly on your storefront.
Please note that caching may affect what you see, so we recommend checking the link in an incognito window if possible.
