Pop Convert has been easy to set up and customize for my Shopify store. I was able to create a branded Spin & Save popup, set discount win ratios, control when and where the popup appears, and create a follow-up email for customers.
The support experience has also been helpful. Judith assisted me with removing the watermark for free and responded quickly to my questions.
The app is simple to use, has useful conversion tools, and gives me good control over the customer experience without making setup complicated.
I'm always hesitant to leave a review but after three years and 100k views on my pop-up I needed a little help and Judith was there instantly and solved my problem in a few minutes. I highly recommend.

The templates for pop-ups and banners are really nice and easy to implement. We've used it to create coupons when needed, automate our abandoned cart emails, and collect subscriber emails when needed. A really nice suite of tools for any storefront.
Easy to install, and create pop-ups. There is lots of control in the settings, not just to alter the design but also the triggers. I really like the scheduling feature. Customer service were also really helpful in being able to turn the watermark off.

This is the app I wish I'd known about from day one. It's robust, incredibly easy to use, and the customer service is absolutely excellent. What really stands out is the customer service. First off, this app seriously rocks! I tried another AI builder popup app and this one is much faster & easier, plus its more customizable & intuitive. The customer service is shockingly fast! Start a chat and they're there. I can't say enough about Pop Convert if you need the option!
