Excellent support (and gif usage) from Nula and John on install, John even added a new feature that we requested - amazing. The app has almost too many options to help customise itself to your requirements, it's very thorough and well thought out. 6 stars!

Huge thanks to Nula for the timely support and responses to our team. Our campaign team is based in China, and the PB team provided extremely detailed answers to every question during their working hours. Whether it was minor campaign setup details or in-depth activity data, they supplied corresponding root-cause analysis, solutions, and prompt internal tool assistance.

I’m writing this review with sincere gratitude to recognize every hardworking team member and this platform. Special shoutout to John, the technical specialist who assisted us with coupon configuration. Everyone did an amazing job!

That said, there are still areas for improvement during usage, such as language localization, data export functions, and risk alerts for discount setup. We hope we can keep collaborating and grow better together through ongoing communication. The support team is incredibly friendly – kudos to them!

Honestly, one-on-one human support is incredibly rare in today’s market dominated by automated chatbots. I just wonder if the founder will struggle to keep up with replies as more users join, haha.

The app works as expected. We had a few errors which is expected as our website has a lot of custom work. These errors was fixed within minutes after talking to customer service who responded instantly. Overall, a great product with an even greater customer service. If you are looking for a solution to popup, wheel spin or scratch card, this is the one.

This app is fantastic, with a multitude of customisable options. The owner and developer are very fast to respond and only too happy to help with any question or request. It's one of the only apps I found where you can offer free gifts as prizes, and have limits for how many of a prize can be won.

I only gave 5 stars because 6 isn’t an option.
I’ve tried almost all of the available game popup apps in the store, and this one is by far the best. It’s easy to use and highly customizable, the setup process is simple and intuitive, and if you ever get stuck, the support team is incredibly fast and unbelievably helpful. I honestly don’t know if I’ve ever experienced support this good before.

So I can absolutely recommend it with confidence!
