Setting up separate funnels for different customer groups was straightforward, so refurbished buyers, new device buyers and existing subscription customers each see offers that actually make sense for them. ONNI ist ein Shopify Shop für Haarpflege, wir haben über 3.000 Bewertungen und ein Sortiment, das Beratung braucht. Genau deshalb waren wir bei automatisierten Upsells lange skeptisch. Diese App hat uns umgedreht.

Was den Unterschied macht: Man kann den Funnel entweder komplett selbst bauen oder die KI das passende Produkt wählen lassen, und beides lässt sich mischen. Die App ist echt genial. Der theoretische ROAS ist geisteskrank. Und das ja auch ganz ohne Risiko, alles Free-Money. Hatten davor schon andere Upsell-Apps, aber diese hier ist mit Abstand die beste, was die Funktionen angeht. Support ist ebenfalls super. Weiter so, Jungs! Nutzen auch sämtliche andere Hero-Apps, gehören für uns in ein D2C-Setup einfach rein!

We have not been live for long, so I cannot say anything solid about revenue yet. What I can say is why we tried the app in the first place.

The offer setup is really flexible. You can let the AI pick the product or build the funnel yourself, and you can stack them so a customer who declines still gets a second offer. Discount, timer, how many products someone sees, which collections stay out of the pool, all of the text on the page, you can change all of it and translate it per language, which is a huge USP for international dealing companies. We run four languages and all four are covered.

Second reason is the pricing. We pay a share of the upsell revenue instead of a monthly fee so if nothing sells it costs us nothing. That made testing it an easy call. You can only win.

And the service is great. Calvin and Robin are open about their benchmarks, including the point where an upsell stops being fair to the customer in their view and are actively helping you to increase sales.
