Hyve ‑ Post to Xero

This is no-bull$#it feedback; I am in shock serious shock!

I cannot recommend the Hyve – Post to Xero app highly enough! The integration has saved me countless hours of administrative work, and the proactive customer service and genuine commitment to helping businesses succeed are simply outstanding.

Running an e-commerce business with orders coming through multiple marketplaces, I constantly had to make manual adjustments in Xero to ensure transactions were recorded correctly under Australian tax requirements. These repetitive adjustments cost me hours every day.

What truly impressed me was that the Hyve team noticed my repeated adjustments and proactively approached me with a solution, without me ever having to ask for help!

Instead of leaving me to work around the limitations of a standard integration, they took the initiative to understand my specific business requirements and tailored their integration to meet my needs at no additional cost.

The result? What used to take hours of manual corrections every day is now handled through a much more efficient, streamlined process. The time savings have been enormous, letting me focus on running and growing my business instead of constantly correcting accounting entries.

It's rare to find a software provider that pays such close attention to how customers use its product, identifies opportunities for improvement, and then takes the initiative to deliver a personalised solution without being asked.

It works really well. We're going to move to a different app but only because we need further capabilities which aren't available with this app but it takes through our wholesale and retail orders smoothly and is easy to use and setup.

The service from support for a new install here was outstanding. After trialling another Shopify-Xero integration app with a very unexpected and unsuccessful outcome, this 2nd try was a bit tentative. It was so much easier to setup and understand. A few things didn't quite work as needed and the support from Hung - on a Sunday - to customise the requirements was both unexpected and appreciated. I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could. It will save many hours of data entry. Highly recommended.

Just an update after a week of use. This app is awesome. It saves so much time and is seamless with bank reconciliation. The added bonus - an Aussie based business.

Brilliant app with an absolutely world class development and support team who know the Shopify/Xero system in depth and were able to support us in a variety of areas! Thank you! We have this installed on two of our stores and it works flawlessly.

Tried a few different integrations in the past and they haven't worked well or were overly complicated.

This however is an amazing app for integrating Xero with Shopify, makes accounting so much easier.
Everything comes across perfectly and any issues I've had the customer service is amazing and they help troubleshoot my errors within the day.

Excellent app and outstanding support

We’ve been using this app to connect Shopify with Xero, and it has made a huge difference to our workflow. The integration works very well and has helped keep our accounting accurate and consistent.

What really stands out is the customer support. The team has been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. We raised a concern around invoice numbering, and not only did they take the time to explain things clearly, but they also fast-tracked a feature update to better support our existing Xero setup. That level of support is rare.

Hyve has been an excellent solution for integrating Shopify with Xero. The app does exactly what it promises — it syncs sales data accurately and saves us a huge amount of manual bookkeeping time.

I’ve been using Post to Xero by Hyve for about a month now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with it. The app has made my Shopify accounting completely pain-free, everything syncs smoothly, accurately, and exactly the way I need it to.

I was a bit overwhelmed uploading thousands of transactions to Xero, but the customer service desk knew exactly how to fix any outliers, actually did all the uploading for me and helped set up all the mappings.

I would highly recommend this app and the customer service!

It works!

Setup was easy, highly configurable and well explained. I can link multiple Shopify stores to a single Xero account (subscription per store required). Everything posts and matches perfectly. New products are easy to add and work automatically if you use SKU mapping.

Has worked perfectly for 6 months with zero admin time. We've had a single error of unknown cause, once flagged to Hyve support it was fixed & all orders correctly posted within 2 hours, requiring no more input from me than sending an email.

overall a great app that does what it says on the tin, real time saver and good value for money.
