It’s used for RSVPs, applications, support, surveys, registrations, and payment forms, with flexible embedding and design customization. Integrations with Shopify, Google Sheets, Zapier, and cart workflows are praised, and many highlight fast, knowledgeable live chat support and strong value even on the free plan.
