Merchants describe this as an easy, intuitive way to build both simple contact forms and complex, multi-step workflows with conditional fields. It’s used for RSVPs, applications, support, surveys, registrations, and payment forms, with flexible embedding and design customization. Integrations with Shopify, Google Sheets, Zapier, and cart workflows are praised, and many highlight fast, knowledgeable live chat support and strong value even on the free plan.

Just installed this app yesterday, made a form in five minutes, super easy. I will be upgrading to a paid plan to get more bells and whistles, although the free plan has a lot of features, I want more so my form looks awesome. Love that it integrates with shopify.
I've been using this app for several years now and it's worked very well for my site. I've used it for my online forms, galleries, and more. I recently had an issue and Richcarde and Franz were both very helpful in getting my problem resolved in a timely manner.
Our gratitude for the 5 stars.. we're super glad to know you've had such a great experience with both our app and support team!!!
This app is easy to set up and we were quickly able to create and add forms that fit our website. The forms integrated with our theme and were customizable to match our website design. We look forward to seeing how the forms work once our website is up and running.
Well thought out, valuable apps, and with exceptional customer support. I ran into an issue where an important form we use was deleted because the app was accidentally removed from our store, and they were able to restore the lost form for us…over a weekend to boot.
I've only just started using it but so far it is great! I'm not an IT person and found it simple, easy to understand and achieved exactly what I wanted. I had downloaded and tried 3 other apps first and ended up deleting them all when I found this one! Highly recommend.
What a bad app, u can't even contact the support team, due to no one will answer you, since 3 days I'm sending them inquiries with no luck, also be careful, if you use the app on ur website, the pages will load very slow and they will never answer u to solve this issue!
Hi there,
So sorry for your bad experience.
We are third party app which is actually using Iframe and unfortunately we cannot start loading our scripts before all Shopify's scripts are executed.
Meantime if you will try to check an example of our form installed on any empty page like that https://www.powr.io/plugins/form-builder/view?id=30459316&mode=page you might notice that it's loading pretty fast.
Currently, we are working to improve our loading speed as much as we can to improve it.

POWR lets you create forms with simplicity and ease. I am NOT a computer person, and even I figured it out. Even better is if you need help, they provide a LIVE chat with a specialist to help you with the issue you're having in a quick amount of time. Highly recommended.
Thank you so much for your feedback🤩️ It's always a pleasure to read such nice words reflecting your experience with us.
You're always welcome to contact us again anytime for any questions, concerns or suggestions!
This app is user friendly, easy to customize, and easy to use. The thing that I don't like about this plug-in is that it loads very slow on our site once published. It's more than a couple of seconds. People just don't want to wait for it! Maybe it's something I'm doing wrong?

This app is a joy to use. Its slick, intuitive interface actually put a smile on my face. Thanks guys! It takes all of the boring hassle out of form building and it's obvious the team behind it know exactly what they're doing. The support is excellent, thank you Richcarde M. !
Thank you so much for the feedback, and glad to know you're loving our app😁️😃️
It's customers like you that make our job wonderful!!!
Form Builder is so QUICK and EASY to use. It integrates flawlessly into your website. Forget the other FORM APPs, Form Builder replaces all of them and you can't beat the price. People email us, asking which APP we use for our forms, because they are so efficient. Five Stars!!
