Sander was the best he went above and beyond to help me fix my page sander needs a big rise right now

This app has plenty of options and integrates easily into my theme (Crave). The developers are responsive to feedback and questions and helpful, showing initiative to improve and iterate on the app.

For basic pre-order/stock notifications Bat is ideal, easy to install & use, same basic functions as paid apps without the restrictions of "free trial" accounts.

Support for set-up and trouble shooting is excellent, quick to respond with concise answers/instructions as well as follow up emails to confirm issues are resolved.

They were great helping me get exactly what I wanted. Vinay was a great help !

The support team was incredible. They were quick to revert. they helped match the design of the pre order labels to our brand aesthetic. Saad was smart and resolved the issues promptly. He also took the initiative to improve a few more things that we hadnt noticed ourselves so that was great. Keep up the good work.

We just started using this app, but so far as been a great onboarding experience with support pre-emptively contacting to see if there was anything they could help with. Minor issue that was resolved within 10 minutes (thanks, Vinay!). So far has been very easy to setup and user-friendly. Also using for back in stock notifications as Klaviyo-theme coding has not been working as well with frequent theme updates. So far, so good!

Having to get a new website platform so close to the holidays, I do not have a lot of extra brain capacity to set something up and I was extremely overwhelmed. I had originally downloaded a different pre-sale app and just struggled with it, so I switched to Bat Preorder and so far it has been so easy to use and any questions that I had, I had taken care of right away! 10/10 would recommend!

Support from these guys was outstanding. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement!
We required a LOT of custom work to be done to make sure the Pre-Order Bat fitted the look that we required for our Shopify theme. All requested were met (and there was a lot of requests!).
The result was exactly what we asked for and it was a real pleasure communicating back and forward with Ankit and the Pre-Order Bat team!

This app is exactly what I was looking for! I needed an app that would work with my subscriptions app and this one does just that! I had a few issues getting everything set-up, but the support team was available immediately and fixed everything that I needed them to!

I had some problem installing the App, but Vinay from the helpcenter was a star!
